• Welcome to Sparta Township School District! We are pleased to welcome you to our online registration process. We understand that this is a monumental time in a child’s life and we eagerly welcome our future PreK to Grade 12 students to Sparta Township Public Schools.The District is comprised of five schools:

  • Alpine Elementary School (Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 2)

  • Mohawk Avenue School (Grade 3)

  • Helen Morgan School (Grade 4 through Grade 5)

  • Sparta Middle School (Grade 6 through Grade 8)

  • Sparta High School (Grade 9 through Grade 12)

Register Your Student

• The following outlines everything that you will need to successfully register your student in Sparta Township Public School District.

  Before you begin, please download and complete the following forms. You will be required to upload these completed documents during the online pre-registration process.

  • Required Medical Forms  

  • Records Release Form

  • Parent Portal Registration Form *Required for all registrations

  • Kindergarten Parent Survey *Kindergarten registrations only.

  • SHS Student Athlete Residency Affidavit *In order to participate in any sports at SHS, this form must be completed, notarized and returned to the athletic dept at the time of registration.

Next, please download and review our new student registration checklist. This checklist contains state-required documentation that you will be required to upload during the online pre-registration process.

Once you have gathered all of the required documents, please review the following information before continuing to our online pre-registration system:

• During the final step of the registration process, you will be asked to create an account. Please keep your login information in a safe place.

• Please make sure to print the pre-registration confirmation page before logging out of the system.

• If you are registering a student who has previously attended a Sparta Township Public School and/or is currently attending a Sparta Township Public School Pre-School Program, please contact the appropriate school registrar for the school for which you are registering a student.

• If you experience any technical difficulties logging into or using the Online Pre-Registration System, please contact the appropriate building's registrar for assistance.
