Sparta Middle School welcomes the addition of any new club/activity proposed by a student or staff member that interests him/her and suits the needs of the community and/or school. If you would like to petition to add a new club/activity to the Sparta Middle School co-curricular program, please read the information below, then see Mrs. Kasa in the Main Office before filling out the application. Submission of additional supporting information is recommended. All proposals and petitions must be submitted after the first day of school, but prior to March 1 to be considered.
