Per the NJ Records Retention & Disposition Schedule, Special Education records are to be kept by Sparta Township Public Schools until 7 years after graduation.

Individuals who wish to retrieve their Special Education records will need to click on the below link to complete the records request form.  Please be advised that unless the records request form is submitted by October 15th after the 7th year of graduation, such records will be discarded.
